Senator Green, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived                                  
on SENATE BILL NO. 230 "An Act relating to recommending or                                          
refusing psychotropic drugs as a treatment for children and to the                                  
evaluation and treatment of children with behavioral or psychological                               
problems." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Judiciary                                
Committee.
